Chương trình 'Voice of Customer' (VoC) tại SunWin là quy trình thu thập phản hồi hội viên được hệ thống hoá ở mức độ chuyên nghiệp mà ít nhà cái cùng phân khúc đạt tới. Cốt lõi gồm ba lớp: (1) Khảo sát NPS (Net Promoter Score) tự động gửi đến 1/5 hội viên ngẫu nhiên mỗi 14 ngày – kết quả tổng hợp được công bố công khai trên website kèm phân tích chi tiết theo phân khúc; (2) 'Town Hall' livestream diễn ra mỗi quý.
