Soccer or football Football as they call in most of the world is a fun team sport and it's played in almost every country. 11 guys are trying to score a goal against 11 other guys (or less people in certain types of football). It doesn't require much training to get started, but ofte it takes a lot of practice to become good at it. The bad part about football is that you can't just say hey I got 1 hour now where I don't have much to do, maybe I should go play a football match. It requires some coordination to find a time where all are availble for a match, but it's a fun game for both the younger people and the older ones too.

You can find people from 5 year old to 80 year old out on a stand up paddle board so it's something for everybody. It does require that you rent or buy a paddleboard in order to get started, so it can be a bit pricey. A good paddleboard often cost around 400$ so it's not that cheap. Gymnastic training Gymnatics have always been a popular sport among the younger people. Especially here in 2021 it's more popular than ever due to exercising tools like trampolines and Airtrack. With a trampolin or an Airtrack you can train gymnastics at home in your garden which makes it very easy to go out and do some training. It so fun that it feels more like playing instead of training. So it's easy to get the kids to do it (if the weather is fine) and it's a good way for them to build up more muscle, stamina and coordination. Nothing to mention a great way to get more friends. If you got kids I can really recommend buying a good Berg trampolin or a GymPlay Airtrack, your kids will love it, that's for sure.

Cycling Cycling is a lot like running. You decide how hard it should be by planning your route and controlling the speed. In order for cycling to be fun, it requires a good quality bike and a bit of practice. It's a great sport for burning calories without being as hard on the body as running. It's a bit more expensive to get started as a good bike can be pretty costly, but then again, you can use the bike for other things too. You don't want to cycle outdoor due to bad weather, heavy traffic, safety issues etc. you can combine your bike with some of the many virtual programs and train on it indoor, even compete against others. Many find this to be much more fun than cycling outdoor. I tried last week to get my kid to get started with cycling but she prefered her Airtrack over the bike, so it was a lost cause.
